Now that I have joined the 3rd Fleet, what do I need to do in STO in order to be in a fleet for play-purposes there (i.e. fleet uniforms, fleet starbases, etc.)?

Any step-by-step suggestions?

    In the application process, a mentor will show you everything you need to know about the fleet
